To help new employees quickly integrate into the enterprise, lay a solid professional foundation and cultivate standardized professionalism, Farady Electric recently successfully launched a special induction training program for new hires. Attended by over 40 new employees, the training was delivered in person by the company’s core management team. Featuring practical curricula and professional instruction, it helps new recruits step smoothly into their professional career.
The four management lecturers carefully polished courseware and rehearsed repeatedly in advance. Based on the company’s practical work requirements, they delivered highly informative specialized courses. The training session featured a strong learning atmosphere and well‑organized order.

Wang Ting, Director of Human Resources, gave an in‑depth presentation on the company’s development history, core corporate culture, organizational structure, as well as personnel and administrative management systems. Luo Guolin from the Quality Department analyzed product quality standards, key points of process control, and prevention‑control methods for quality issues by combining real‑world production cases. This training reinforces all employees’ work philosophy of "Quality First", strengthens awareness of detail‑oriented control, and embeds the quality mindset deep into everyone’s mind.
6S On‑site Management Training
Guan Fujun, Team Leader of the Final Assembly Workshop, explained the core content of 6S management in plain language based on practical workshop operations. He standardized operating procedures and on‑site management criteria, helping new employees develop standardized, regulated and neat working habits, and build an orderly production environment.
Special Training on Work Safety
Liu Xuelong, Production Manager of the Transformer Division, focused on core contents including safety operation specifications, hazard identification and emergency response. With warning cases of potential risks, he strengthened all staff’s awareness of safety prevention, enforced strict adherence to the red line of work safety, and ensured every employee understands, observes and safeguards safety.
